Patrick A. Facca
Prior to
commencing his legal career, Mr. Facca was employed with
a foundation contractor working on commercial and
industrial projects. Since commencing his legal career,
Mr. Facca’s practice has focused primarily on all
aspects of construction law, from contract review and
drafting, to claim resolution through litigation,
arbitration and facilitation/mediation. Martindale
Hubbell has rated Patrick A. Facca as AV in both legal
ability and ethical standard. Also, from 2006 to the
present, Mr. Facca has been selected as a Michigan Super
Lawyer for construction litigation.

Gerald
J. Richter
Mr. Richter a founding shareholder and partner in the
firm. Mr. Richter was raised in Saginaw, Michigan and,
prior to practicing law, he was employed by J. R.
Heineman & Sons, Inc., a general contractor based in
Saginaw, Michigan. Mr. Richter received a B.S. in
Accounting from Central Michigan University in 1982 and
his J.D. from the University of Detroit Law School in
1986.

Bruce M. Pregler
Mr. Pregler
is a founding partner of the firm. He
was admitted to practice law in the State of Michigan in
1987. Mr. Pregler concentrates his practice in the area
of construction litigation, real estate transactions,
complex civil litigation, corporate formation,
shareholder and member disputes, arbitration and
mediation, and collections in the construction industry.
